Introduction of design lab pratice class (week 2) by Gabriella Wilson

In week 2 of design lab practice class, Gabriella have make an introduction with design history which related to critical design theory. the development of this lesson can be adapt into every design project in term of using critical thinking in every process.

This week we have watched so many case study of design lab (public), i have caught up the keyword of every design lab approaches which are sustainability, innovation and universal design. It such a good concept of how can we use the design thinking to improving the quality of life for every people which represent of how design thinking affect to our society.

After that, back to each group (for design lab practice assignments). We keep going with using the design process that we have learnt from each case study to define and discover the problem that we are focusing on by using brainstroming mapping and doing a research which relate to our topic

The problem that we’re focusing on is fashion waste, here is our brainstroming mapping of this problem. And set up the reseach question for our interviewing and surveying
